Return Policy
We hope you love your Sunday Club pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to accept eligible returns for store credit.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship styles, including sweatshirts, tops, and other in-stock apparel, are eligible for store credit only.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in their original condition
- Include proof of purchase
Once your return has been received and approved, you'll receive your store credit via a digital gift card.
Please Note
- Sale items, promotional purchases, and all purchases made at pop-up events are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Sunday Club reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our return requirements.
Custom Projects
Every custom garment is designed exclusively for you.
Because each piece is made-to-order, all custom projects are final sale. Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
When reaching out, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

Shipping Policy
At Sunday Club, every order is carefully prepared with the same attention to detail that goes into designing our garments. Below you'll find everything you need to know about processing times, shipping, and delivery.
READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS
In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Every custom garment is designed and handcrafted specifically for you.
Custom garments are made-to-order, with a minimum production timeline of three weeks. Depending on the complexity of your design, sourcing of materials, and level of customization, additional time may be required.
Your estimated completion and ship date will be discussed during your design consultation before your order is placed.
If you're ordering for a specific game, event, or special occasion, we encourage you to reach out as early as possible. While we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, we'll always do our best to accommodate your timeline whenever possible.
PRE-ORDERS
At Sunday Club, we design and produce intentionally, in small batches and with exclusivity in mind. Our pre-order model allows us to gauge demand, minimize waste, and avoid overproduction while delivering standout pieces for game day and beyond.
Pre-order items are not immediately available to ship. The estimated ship date for each pre-order item will be clearly listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES & CARRIERS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
We currently ship through USPS
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Sunday Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. If you need additional assistance, we're always happy to help guide you through the process.
